The SVH-501 is a compact and lightweight fluid head with a weight of only 540 g. Despite its light weight, the head can support up to 3kg in any position and ensure smooth pan and tilt movements. The angled pan handle can be rotated a full 360 degrees so that the angle of the handle is in the best position for your situation. The head features a 70mm Arca quick release plate that can be mounted from the top of the head. The locking knob is large and easy to reach when the camera is mounted. The head also has a retractable safety stopper that prevents the plate from slipping off the head if you forget to tighten it. The safety stopper can also be rotated out of the way to use an Arca camera plate from another manufacturer. The head is also particularly suitable for use with telescopes.
