The GD3WH offers separate, precise movements in three directions. The controls allow the user to quickly adjust the camera position before making minute movements with the large control knobs, ensuring absolutely precise positioning for the perfect framing. Unlike some other gear heads currently on the market, the GD3WH features an Arca-Swiss compatible quick release plate, allowing the photographer to use different types of heads without having to change the plate. To ensure smooth operation and a long service life, Benro uses carbon steel and bronze to ensure that movements maintain their precision. By using magnesium alloy in the construction, the overall weight of the GD3WH has been kept low at just 870g without compromising the maximum load capacity of 6kg.
