The Cokin ND 0.6 filter is a neutral density filter that reduces exposure by 2 stops. The 0.6 density causes the entire image to darken, allowing you to shoot with a larger aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. By increasing the aperture or lengthening the shutter speed, you can better control depth of field and better represent motion. Neutral density filters do not affect the coloration of the image and are ideal for combining with other filters. The filter is suitable for the M-series (P-series) filter holders from Cokin. Cokin filters are made of optical resin and feature light weight, high impact and drop resistance, and optimal light transmission for high image quality. This filter measures 84 x 84 mm and is compatible with the Cokin P filter holder.
